How would you feel about living with the Nacirema tribe for one year?

If I would have to be putting up with the Nacirema tribe for a year I don’t think I would last. Just reading about this tribe irritates me on how they are so judgmental. They believe that every single human body is ugly when created, and they have their own definition of perfection and expect everyone to follow it. That type of tolerance for women is so sexist to me because many people already in general expect a women to be thin and perky. I believe that if you feel comfortable on how you look, you shouldn’t change yourself just because of a tribe or a religion or belief or anything. Your body is your body. Not to mention that they expect everyone to be forced to have perfect teeth as well. I, myself, haven’t crooked teeth, and yes they do annoy me very much, however I wouldn’t make it in that tribe because I will NEVER let anyone force themselves to touch my teeth. To me that is so cruel and irrelevant of a tribe to do and believe such a tribe. So honestly I would not make a single year there.
